Bill-to address, ship-to address, contact information, license information, and
purchase order are required to place an order.

Orders are shipped by UPS ground delivery service, unless if instructed otherwise. Air delivery alternatives (next day or 2nd day) are available on request. Provide shipping instructions in the Message box.

A freight charge is applied to invoices for orders that are shipped by air delivery service.
